Fay is a Dietitian and Nutritionist. Her goal is to inspire men,
women and children towards good health and self belief through tasty
nutrition and exercising. She specialises in management of chronic
disease through diet and exercise for health conditions such as
Diabetes, cholesterol, obesity and heart disease.
